Augustine (Osten) Oluyemisi Olorunsola hailing from Kogi State Nigeria, a graduate with Honours Degree in Geology from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria in 1979, is a natural diplomat, extremely reliable and trustworthy. Apart from being a core petroleum engineer, Osten is a student of evolutionary leadership development, with great passion for integrity, professionalism, excellence, innovation, transformational change, coaching and mentoring. He recently completed a term as the Director, Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) being the chief watchdog for the Nigerian Petroleum Industry, a position he assumed in November 2011 following appointment by His Excellency Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, GCFR, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Accordingly Osten accepted early retirement from Shell where he last served as Vice President, with responsibility for Shell’s commercial Gas and Power business across Sub Sahara Africa.
Osten spent his formative professional life with Agip-ENI where he sojourned in Lagos, Port Harcourt, San Donato, Milanese – Italy and Sophia Antipolis, Southern France, trained, developed and worked as Reservoir & Petrophysical Engineer, and later specializing as Production Geologist. In all, he spent 10 years with ENI. In 1990, he joined Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited (SPDC) at Port Harcourt as Production Geologist, and later succeeded to become Lead Geologist for all the Land Area fields. Notably, Osten headed Planning, Economics and Joint Venture Management for SPDC Eastern Division early to mid 90’s, where he coordinated and ensured delivery of strategic plans with sufficient coverage of all stakeholders, undivided focus on prioritization, cordial and seamless working relationship with the NAPIMS (NNPC). Thereafter, he was appointed as Petroleum & Development Engineering Manager for SNEPCO (Shell’s Deepwater business in Nigeria), and later assigned to Rijswijk in The Netherlands as Business Interface Manager (BIM) with focus on Russia.
In 2006, Osten returned to Port Harcourt to set up the much acclaimed Shell’s Opportunity Delivery Centre in Nigeria, a dedicated Integrated Studies group with core responsibility for Hydrocarbon Maturation, an industry first in Sub Sahara Africa. In 2008, Osten went on sabbatical to serve as Adviser to the Minister of Petroleum Resources in Nigeria. He eventually served two succeeding Petroleum Ministers and led a “Think Tank” that developed holistic, integrated strategies aimed at improving policy implementation and overall effectiveness of the Nigerian oil and gas sector. Osten played a most prominent in crafting the petroleum laws – the Petroleum Industry Bill – currently being debated in the National Assembly.

He studied Marketing at the New York Institute of Technology, New York, and has over the years has succeeded as an entrepreneur with a wealth of business experience spanning diverse sectors. He is the Director of Misol Technology Solutions Limited, a company focused on the development of Marginal fields, Gas fields as well as providing other marine, engineering and technological services He is a non-Executive Director at Cyrus Petroleum Limited, an indigenous Oil marketing Company.
He chairs both Greentek Limited, a company given to green technologies and sustainable development issues, and Prime Group, comprising Prime Seafoods International Limited and Prime Chinese Restaurants Limited where he is both Chairman and CEO. He is a founding member of PAAB Seafoods International Limited from and is an authority in the seafood industry with over 25 years experience in trawling, aqua-culture, processing and marketing of various seafood products under the Prime Seafoods brand. He is currently the President, Seafood Farmers, Processors and Marketers Association of Nigeria and has won various awards in seafood processing and exports.
A Lawyer turned entrepreneur with specialized qualities and business acumen Gbenga is a Law graduate from Washington College of Law (American University) and also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Kogod College of Business Administration (American University) in Washington DC. He has held several key positions such as a Senior Business / Legal Analyst for the Transamerica Group, Los Angeles, Managing Director of Gaff International, Nigeria in 2003 and was instrumental in launching the Asian Changlin branch in Nigeria.
The brand offered a wide range of earth moving equipment, thereby throwing Gaff open to the mining industry and independent quarries in Southwest Nigeria.
Gbenga, in 2005, encompassed the Komatsu Brand into his agency and was able to develop a strategy that was competitive enough in carving a sizeable market share.
He identified a niche area for indigenous companies in the drilling services landscape. With his vital experience in heavy-duty equipment sales, his passion extended into the upstream oil and gas industry.
He developed a focal interest on drilling equipment sales and leasing. His vision was intensified by the thrust of the local content law and he promoted fully indigenous Sopetro Drilling by promoting strong strategic alliances with global brands such as Drillmec of Italy.
John Kiki joined Zoollahtam as Director of Custom Process Systems in September 2014. Prior to joining Zoollahtam , he held a number of executive positions and most recently was Director and General Manager of Global Process Systems, MENA region. He also held General Management positions within Cameron and Petreco Process Systems. Kingsley has over 20 years experience in the design, supply and fabrication of upstream skid mounted process packages / modules covering Oil, Gas and Water treatment and several licensed technologies such as MEG Reclamation and Membrane Technologies for upstream onshore and offshore applications covering several continents. He holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering and Graduated from the University of Exeter, UK.
